There are major shortfalls facing the retrofit industry. To scale up and meet decarbonisation goals, thousands of specific trades and professions need to be educated and trained to fill the skills gap. We can not deliver our vision without meaningful investment in people and training. We recognise the importance of tapping into talent from Further Education, to provide entry level — or combination of routes – into the retrofit industry.
